At JPC Legal we provide advice to companies on day-to-day employment matters, working in close partnership with HR departments and management, while also assisting employees in all issues related to their employment relationships and social benefits.

We support our clients in all matters arising from employment relations, including the negotiation, drafting and termination of employment contracts, advice and management of corporate restructuring processes (including mass layoffs), disciplinary proceedings, business transfers and the determination of employment rights and benefits. We also provide guidance in the negotiation of collective labour agreements and enterprise agreements, as well as in dealings with employee representatives, including Works Councils, Union Delegates and Trade Unions.

Our practice also covers representing clients in employment-related litigation, as well as in proceedings before the Labour Authority and the Social Security services.
